An elegant townhouse in Frankfurt’s diplomatic district was individually planned by Hollin+Radoske from the shell construction onwards and transformed into an unusual high-end residence in close cooperation with the customers. The different areas are spread over five levels from the guest apartment, to the entrance hall, the private rooms, the living level up to the spectacular roof terrace with skyline views, lush greenery, various seating areas and the jacuzzi pool. Hollin+Radoske developed a consistent design philosophy. The predominant elements white marble, gold and the extensive fittings that match them, lead to a harmonious and, above all, personal overall concept.
