Urban space villa on the Mediterranean
A clearly structured facade, whose surfaces lay claim to high craftsmanship. The ground floor facade are cladded with natural stone strips by hand. The perimiter walls of the floor above are finished in a washed out plaster. On the ground floor the layout is distinguished by open transitions between interior and exterior. Open and roofed terraces interconnect spatially with inner structures to form an architectural whole. Functional areas on the ground floor are loosely lined up and allow easy transit to the garden.
Bleached oak panelling on the ceiling and a light Terrazzo floor catch the Mediterranean sun and bathe the house in soft warm light. On the top floor privacy is emphasized in the design.
